DELIVERY
Each painting is carefully wrapped in protective paper and then in a sturdy cardboard box. Delivery is included anywhere in Canada.
In the same city, delivery should be within 48 hours after purchase, after contacting me and making an appointment.
For all other destinations you will be contacted 48 working hours following the purchase to provide you with the tracking number for delivery. Do not hesitate to contact me for any other questions.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
This product is an original and unique work, no exchange is possible. A return can be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. A return fee of 15% of the product value will be retained. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable and return shipping costs and shipping insurance are your responsibility. The refund will be made only when I have received the canvas and been able to see its perfect condition.
Please return the work in its original packaging.
